What We Focus On
Building Habits
There are many habits that can lead to success, and we introduce our athletes to many habits successful people have to find the ones that work well for them.
Setting Goals
Many young athletes struggle to decide where they want to go and how to get there. We help our athletes to set goals and create actionable steps for how to achieve them.
Time Management
The skill of time management is one of the most important things a young person can learn to prepare them for life. We give athletes the tools they need to manage their time effectively
Confidence
So many young athletes struggle with confidence in sport when they already have the skills they need to succeed. We help to overcome this mental hurdle

What to Expect
Our mentorship format uses a WhatsApp group chat to communicate. Why this format?
In the past we've been a part of zoom call style mentorship and found it to be hard to be engaged with, and believe that an online meeting model doesn't create buy in from young athletes. We also know that finding times for a group of young athletes to meet can be really challenging with school, sports, and family schedules. The group chat allows the group to look and feel more authentic, and allows everyone to participate on their own schedule.
In our group chats, we post weekly videos/content as well as weekly challenges. In the chat, everyone is expected to reply weekly in response to challenges or to questions asked. We want to create an environment where young athletes can see others putting good habits into practice and inspire them to do the same.
